Returns

We accept returns. 

All of our products are clearly described, and the condition of the piece also clearly examined and noted to the best of our ability.  Considering that virtually everything we sell is antique, vintage, and used, we strongly encourage questions and requests for information or additional photos for any product before purchase so as to avoid any regrets when buying.

Customers have 30 days to request a return of a product and the shipping is at the expense of the purchaser. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there is any damage to the package and products within.  All products are carefully packaged in custom designed boxes or tubes to avoid any damage to our products in transit.  

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on services or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.

Refunds

Please inform us if you are not happy with your purchase as soon as you receive it, and if we think a customer deserves a refund, a gift card, or coupon, or other arrangement outside or offering a full return, we will gladly communicate with the steps forward to that end on a case by case basis.
