This original print is by Tom Bast who's nationality and dates are unknown to us. In blue, the image is of shorebirds on the water's edge. It is titled Moon Tide and dated 1976.
This artwork is signed, numbered A/P (Artist's Proof) and we believe dated 11/76 (November 1976) by hand.
