Rose Bowl Description and Makers

This Early American Pattern Glass footed violet or rose bowl is pressed Dewey blue glass. The colour in the blue pieces is called Dewey Blue named after Admiral George Dewey.

Made by United States Glass Company in 1898.

Height:  2 3/4”

Width of opening:  1 1/2”

Width:  2 3/8”

Condition:  There is one very noticeable 3/4” scratch on the outside. It has scuffs throughout and a very minor tiny flake. The gold around the lip is 99% gone. Gold on the three feet is 75% intact.
