This Early American Pattern Glass toothpick holder is green pressed glass.
The pattern is Jewel, also known as Lacy Medallion, and was made by United States Glass Company in and around 1898. The company ran factories in Pennsylvania and Indiana.

Condition: Gold is about 1/4 worn off. It has a minor 1/4" scratch outside the design. No chips. Good condition overall.
