Lithograph Description
This original print by German artist Klaus Liebers (1926-2003) is a colour lithograph.
There is a person in costume doing stunts on a bicycle and 2 more people doing handstands, and it appears to be depicting a circus scene.
It is pencil signed in the lower right and numbered 43/50 in the lower left.
Liebers was born in Dresden, Germany. He studied and worked as a painter and a printmaker and was influenced by both the Bauhaus and the Cubism art movements. He studied at HBK Berlin-Charlottenburg with Max Kaus and Hans Jaenisch from 1947-1957. After this he became an assistant lithographer at the HBK.

Condition: We rate the condition as very good. There is a crease on the top left corner. There is a 1/2" tear on the left sheet edge and a 1/4" tear on the right sheet edge. The left corner has been folded over causing a hard crease. All of this will easily mat away. The image itself is in excellent condition.
