We ship products worldwide via Canada Post. Where possible, we ship all of our products with tracking and insurance at the most reasonable rate for the shortest delivery time. Shipping prices with and without tracking is a choice upon checkout for glass and pottery, but all prints are shipped insured. Custom shipping can be arranged upon request for all products. Inquire before checkout if you like shipping that is faster, more economical, or by a specific shipping carrier.

By default, order processing time is 3 business days regardless of what shipping service you have selected.  After 3 business days from your order date, your parcel will be scheduled to arrive within Canada in 5 days, in the USA in 10 days, in Europe in 15 days, and within 21 days everywhere else Worldwide.  Tracking provided will let you know how your parcel is being processed once it is out of hands, and we can not guarantee a specific delivery date if there are country specific delays that we are notified of through the shipping carrier.  

If you choose a custom quote and service that is not offered upon checkout than the terms of the carrier's speed and rate will be provided in the custom quote.

Some products include FREE Shipping in the purchase price.  By default each product is charged its own shipping rate.  If you would like to buy more than one product in one shipment then we suggest you contact us for a custom shipping quote so we can give you best rate for you package.

Store Policies 

We provide an honest description on all items for sale based on experience and research to the best of our knowledge.  If we are uncertain as to the age or authenticity of a piece we have disclosed this in its product page.  We do encourage visitor input if you find errors or enhancement to the description of our pieces in the interest of education and accuracy.  We disclose any known condition issues, although since we only sell handmade, used, vintage, antique, and original art items we expect there to be age and handling related imperfections, variations, and a clear understanding that each original piece is unique as we do not sell mass produced products of any kind.  If you would like more specific information about an item you wish to buy that is not already disclosed on our product page or further photos of an item please contact us before purchasing.
