This is a Daisy Rosette pattern canary glass toothpick holder.
We don't have a specific date range or manufacturer as these were made by various companies over a long period of time. It dates from 1800's onward.

Height: 2 1/8” Opening width: 1 3/4” Widest width on body: 2 1/8” Condition: A quarter of the top edges have chips. There is scuffing and wear in a couple of areas on the outside of the body.
